Although the route runs along the coast, the cumulative ascent and descent reaches almost 900 metres. That means the path continually goes up and down along the entire route.

The technical difficulty is medium, as the terrain essentially consists of small slippery stones that require your full attention, as well as appropriate footwear.

You can stop to regain strength and eat after more than 5 km of the route, at a picturesque spot opposite El Juncal ravine.

Finally, as on all routes, you must carry at least 2 litres of water, sun protection and a hat, as well as being alert to the forecast weather conditions so you can have waterproof clothing available if necessary.

In addition, as this route ends at the sea, we recommend you bring a swimsuit, dry clothes and a small towel so you can enjoy bathing in the natural pools if you wish.

Children aged 16 and above can follow the route, accompanied by an adult. The time needed for each walk should be taken into account.
