The route begins with a continuous ascent of 350 metres over a 6-kilometre stretch. At the end of this stage, you will find an ideal place to rest and recover your energy. The path then continues with a continuous descent, going down 565 metres along a 4.7-kilometre stretch. It should be pointed out that, except for a very steep section of no more than 50 metres, there are no significant technical challenges on the path.
Finally, as on all routes, you must carry at least 2 litres of water, sun protection and a hat, as well as being alert to the forecast weather conditions so you can have waterproof clothing available if necessary.
Children aged 16 and above can follow the route, accompanied by an adult. The time needed for each walk should be taken into account before deciding whether to follow it.
You are also reminded of your commitment to follow the indications and recommendations of guides at all times.
