Ancient Dragon trees and Tradition

Santa Brígida, “the town of flowers”, is nestled in the midlands of Gran Canaria. This small town has always been a place where people just pass through to go back and forth from the countryside to the city and it is crossed by many paths that were used by country folks before the roads were built. These paths show a wide range of natural and cultural heritage among pens and rural settlements.

This route goes through the Protected Landscape of Pino Santo (Saint Pine), where the paths cross ravines and connect different estates and viewpoints which provide amazing views onto Santa Brígida valley, its fields and volcanoes.

This route includes:

  • Visit to the old town of Santa Brígida
  • Shepherd's jump workshop and exhibition
